This narrow and deep approach has been at the center of our strategy since launching the firm. Ultimately, when we step back and think about the most successful teams, and the companies we most admire, we realize that central to each of these brands is a unique culture – and we believe that the most important aspect of executive search is the fit between a client’s culture and a candidate’s inherent orientation. Because of this philosophy, and the limits it would place on our time, we don’t focus on too many brands at once as we could not effectively immerse ourselves in multiple company cultures with numerous clients simultaneously. Therefore, we curate leadership teams for brands. Our goal is to work with our clients on a number of projects each year, based on their long term strategic goals, and the skill sets they need in their companies to achieve these objectives. While there are a number of case studies that we could share, brands that we have made a large impact on over the last decade include: Burberry, Tiffany, Coach, Kate Spade, The Row, lululemon and Gap, Inc.
